The Practices

A spiritual protocol, delivered with clinical precision.

Spiritual in substance, clinical in conduct. Each engagement is held to a standing set of principles — assessment, trauma-informed delivery, and documented continuity — and adapted to the individual.

Standard of Care

Care for the unseen, practiced with discipline.

Every engagement begins with intake, consent, and contraindication review. Sessions are documented, paced, and revisited. The sacred is treated with the same rigor a physician brings to the body — because the unseen body deserves no less.

Principles of Practice

Four principles, held without exception.

The work is structured not by a fixed sequence but by a standing set of commitments — a discipline applied to every client, every session, every time.

I

Assessment

No sacred work begins without a confidential review of history, medication, nervous-system state, and intention. Readiness is a clinical determination, not an assumption.

II

Trauma-informed delivery

Pacing, consent, and the right to pause are built into every session. The body sets the tempo. We do not override it.

III

Documented continuity

Each session is logged. Patterns are tracked across visits. The work compounds because it is remembered.

IV

Right relationship

Healing is not only internal repair. The work orients toward restored relationship — with self, body, others, lineage, and the living world that holds us.

What "Clinical" Means Here

Not cold. Considered.

Clinical does not mean cold. It means confidential, contraindicated, consented, and continuous. It means we know what you are taking, what you have survived, and what you are reaching for. It means the room is clean — energetically and otherwise — before you arrive.

Modalities

The instruments of the work.

Energy Clearing

Removing inherited and ambient density from the auric field through ceremonial passes and breath.

Somatic Descent

Guided embodiment work — meeting stored grief in the tissue and translating it into stillness.

Sound Architecture

Drums, chimes, and classical piano woven into a frequency lattice for nervous system reset.

Ancestral Inquiry

Sitting with lineage. Identifying the patterns carried that were never yours to begin with.

Sacred Medicines

Carefully sourced plant medicines integrated into care when appropriate, supporting regulation, insight, and the body's own intelligence.

Reiki & Bodywork

Hands-on energy work to restore circulation in the subtle body and release held tension.

A reflection
“There is such a noticeable shift. So much more lightness and clarity. I am tapping into joy and gratitude with so much more ease, and don’t feel like such a slave to my mind.”

Intake

Begin with a confidential intake.

Before any session, every visitor completes a confidential medical and energetic intake. This allows us to understand your physical, emotional, and psychological state — and to hold the work with the precision it deserves. Information is kept strictly private and used solely to assess readiness.
